Terms & Conditions
1. About these terms
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern your use of the CurryCrepe website and ordering service (the "Service"), operated from Whitburn, Scotland. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
2. Ordering & collection
All meals are home-cooked to order. Orders must be placed in advance and collected at the agreed collection slot from the stated collection address. We do not offer delivery unless explicitly stated.
Each menu day has an order cut-off time, after which new orders for that day cannot be placed. Collection slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Prices, payment & discounts
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include applicable taxes. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. A promotional discount may apply to card payments, as shown at checkout. Kitchen credit earned through our loyalty programme can be applied at checkout and is subject to our loyalty terms.
For cash orders, payment is due on collection. For card orders, payment is taken online at the point of order.
4. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel an order up to the cut-off time shown on your order (normally 3pm the day before collection). Card payments are refunded automatically to your original payment method. Cash orders are simply cancelled with nothing to pay.
After the cut-off, your meal is already being prepared and cancellation is no longer possible online — please contact us and we'll help where we can. We reserve the right to cancel orders (with a full refund where payment has been taken) if we're unable to fulfil them, for example due to ingredient availability.
5. Allergens & dietary information
Our meals are prepared in a home kitchen that handles all major allergens. While we take every care, we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from trace allergens. It is your responsibility to check allergen information and contact us before ordering if you have a serious allergy.
6. Food hygiene
Our cook holds a CPD-accredited Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety certificate. Meals are prepared following standard food-safety practices.
7. Loyalty programme & kitchen credit
Loyalty stamps are awarded on completed (collected) orders only. Once you have collected the required number of stamps, a monetary credit is added to your kitchen credit balance, which can be used as full or partial payment on any future order.
Kitchen credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or withdrawn under any circumstances. It can only be redeemed against orders placed through the Service.
If you cancel an order or receive a refund for an order where kitchen credit was used, the credited amount will be returned to your balance. Credit balances and unused stamps are non-transferable between accounts and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.
8. Account & your responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact details so we can prepare and fulfil your order. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or refuse service where orders are abusive, fraudulent, or repeatedly cancelled.
9. Your right to erasure (account deletion)
You may request deletion of your account at any time from your account page. Requests are subject to a 30-day grace period, during which you can reinstate your account by signing back in. See our Privacy Policy for full details of what is deleted and what we're legally required to retain.
Please note: deleting your account will permanently forfeit any earned kitchen credit and loyalty stamps. Credit balances and stamps cannot be transferred, refunded, or reinstated after deletion.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes amounts to acceptance of the updated terms.
